Waterford Welcomes a New Brazilian Dining Experience
Waterford is now home to Grill Minas House, a restaurant inspired by the traditional cuisine of Minas Gerais, one of Brazil’s most beloved and flavourful regions. The restaurant began its operations in late 2025, bringing authentic Brazilian comfort food to the city.
Located at 87/88 Manor St, Manor, Waterford (X91 RX52), Grill Minas House offers an authentic dining experience, with traditional dishes prepared with the same care, warmth and flavour found in Brazilian home kitchens — all in a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
More than just a restaurant, Grill Minas House was created with the purpose of sharing culture, tradition and genuine hospitality.
The menu features classic Brazilian dishes such as feijoada, feijão tropeiro, galinhada, freshly fried pastries, and homemade desserts, including the much-loved cheese pudding — a true taste of Brazil’s countryside.
At present, the restaurant welcomes guests for dine-in service, offering a full and relaxed dining experience. Home delivery is not yet available, but it is planned for the near future.
“We want everyone who walks into Grill Minas House to feel truly welcome — just like being received in a friend’s home,” says the restaurant’s team.
With its focus on homemade food, warmth and tradition, Grill Minas House is set to become a new meeting point for both Brazilians and Irish locals who appreciate great food and authentic flavours.
