Grill Minas House was born from a simple yet profound need: the longing for home.
Far from Brazil, we missed the kind of food that is more than nourishment — it’s affection. Food that brings people together, offers comfort, and brings back memories of family, Sundays, conversations around the table, and the aroma of barbecue in the air. By listening to our community and recognizing this shared absence and desire, Grill Minas House began to take shape.
More than opening a restaurant, we wanted to create a place of welcome. A space where Brazilians feel at home and where other cultures can discover the true flavor of Minas Gerais and Brazilian cuisine — simple, well-prepared, and full of meaning.
